Delivery Policy 

After successful delivery to the address specified in the order, Sancityshop is not liable for claims related to non-receipt by the customer. Generally, we do not offer refunds in such cases. However, we encourage customers to contact us within 7 days after the package is marked as delivered to discuss possible solutions for any delivery issues.
